Imagine yourself deep in an ancient forest, surrounded by sound. Inspired by the deep tones of Tuvan overtone singing, this sound journey blends singing bowls, crystal chimes, gentle strings, deep custom overlaid drones, and forest ambience to quiet mental chatter and create space for deep rest.
Between work, family, responsibilities, and the constant noise of everyday life, it can be hard to find time to truly rest without distraction. My work is about creating opportunities to slow down, step away from the demands of the day, and reconnect with yourself in a way that supports you, mind, body, and spirit.
As a former high-volume litigator and advocate for professional athletes, I am no stranger to the stresses and demands of a career life (not to mention home life, family, environment, health issues, talking to or through computers, societal discord, etc.). In fact, it is my life experiences that led me to practice and then study the application of sound, meditation, yoga, music, and more to our state of being. At first, I was just having fun and feeling good in the practice. Until, the day I found myself driving on I-4 without a thought in my mind or the ever present tenseness inside. When that feeling stayed, I knew my purpose in this life - to help others find peace through sound and meditation.
After 400 hours of training, I launched Restorative Energies, LLC providing immersive sound baths, guided meditations, sound healing & meditation workshops, voice analysis, custom relaxation music, and more. All practices are designed to help quiet the noise, release tension, deepen self-awareness, and connect you to a more grounded, focused, harmonious you.
Sessions are available in person in the Orlando area, virtually through Zoom, or as mobile experiences brought directly to local homes, workplaces, and wellness spaces. No matter the setting, you will experience a supportive space where you can pause, breathe deeply, release tension, quiet mental noise, restore balance, and return to yourself with greater calm, focus, and presence. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrational soundscapes of a custom-crafted alchemy singing bowl sound bath meditation, uniquely tuned to your energy and wellness needs. Experience profound relaxation as soothing sonic vibrations calm the mind, release tension from the body, and gently guide your nervous system back into balance. As the sound washes over you, stress begins to melt away, mental chatter softens, and a deep sense of peace, clarity, and renewal emerges from within.
My workshops are centered around sound, relaxation, mindfulness, self-awareness, facilitation, and practice. Various options are available, and all are offered for in-person, Zoom, and mobile settings.
Experiential workshops are designed as immersive, fun, hands-on practices to help you build your very own at-home relaxation and wellness toolbox filled with mindfulness techniques tailored to your individual needs and sensory preferences. Educational workshops explore the many foundations of sound healing, facilitation, and the creation of restorative music - perfect for those who are exploring the world of sound healing, facilitation, meditation, or restorative music production for personal or professional growth.
This immersive vibroacoustic experience combines curated bass-forward relaxation music with full-body resonance through a transducer-infused mattress, vibroacoustic dolphin, and headphones. Designed to encourage deep relaxation, grounding, and sensory immersion, guests are invited to experience sound not only through listening, but physically through vibration and resonance throughout the body. Carefully selected music, frequencies, rhythms, and sonic textures create a restorative environment intended to help quiet mental noise, release tension, and support a deeply calming state of rest and presence.
Collaborative wellness partnerships are designed for healthcare providers seeking supportive, non-clinical methods to help their patients integrate relaxation, mindfulness, and restorative wellness into everyday life. For many patients, being told to “reduce stress” or “practice meditation” can feel overwhelming or unrealistic without approachable guidance, supportive environments, and practical tools that help translate those recommendations into meaningful everyday practice. My programming is designed to bridge the gap between wellness advice and meaningful action while supporting more grounding, restorative spaces for your guests.
All of the patient focused offerings also apply to your practice. Collaborative wellness programs can be designed to support healthcare professionals and staff in creating sustainable practices for relaxation, mindfulness, and self-care within high-demand environments to avoid burnout. By encouraging moments of restoration, grounding, and intentional pause through sound, mindfulness, and wellness-based experiences, the program helps foster a culture where caregivers feel more balanced, supported, and connected to themselves — allowing them to show up more fully for the patients and communities they serve. Simply insert "staff" for "patient."
This personalized wellness experience explores the body’s unique relationship with sound, rhythm, breath, tempo, and resonance to identify an individual’s “sonic sweet spot” — the sonic environment in which your body feels most calm, balanced, grounded, and relaxed. Following this process, resonant relaxation music is provided, with the option to commission custom resonant soundscapes collaboratively designed around preferred instruments, calming environments, and restorative sonic elements. The result is a deeply personal restorative listening experience intentionally designed to become a supportive sanctuary of focus, calm, sleep, and pause to which you can return daily or whenever you feel the need.
Mapping Your Vocal Harmony is a fun wellness experience that explores your unique vocal frequencies to create a personalized “energetic sound snapshot.” Rooted in vocal frequency research and the understanding that the voice often reflects broader patterns of stress, emotion, tension, energy, and resonance, this practice assists with understanding the relationship between sound, emotion, and self-awareness. Based on your vocal signatures, intentional listening experiences are provided to encourage balance, emotional harmony, relaxation, and deeper connection to self through sound and resonance.
Human Design offers a deeper look into the unique way that you are naturally designed to move through life, make decisions, manage energy, and interact with the world around you. Through an exploration of your Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, and core Gates, these sessions are designed to help uncover patterns that may be contributing to resistance, burnout, frustration, misalignment, or self-doubt — while also highlighting the environments and approaches where you naturally thrive.
From birth, we are conditioned by the external world. Human Design allows us to identify the parts that are authentically ours and those that are often influenced by the outside world. Human Design is an opportunity to experiment with the world around you and get to know yourself. Discover a greater sense of clarity, validation, self-awareness, and permission to stop forcing yourself into ways of living that do not suit you.

A growing body of research supports the benefits of mindfulness and meditation for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, improving mood and sleep, and enhancing overall well-being. Studies also show that singing bowls can help ease the mind into meditation, encouraging deep relaxation and a restorative nervous system response. Together, these practices positively influence health across mind, body, relationships, and spirit. In other words, with consistent practice, however brief, the world may begin to feel more inhabitable - and a lot more calm. You may also find your life becomes less busy as you naturally begin to let go of things that no longer serve you.
